A major difference between Bethel Village and most other senior independent living facilities in the San Joaquin Valley is that occupancy is via monthly rent and, other than a required security deposit, it is not necessary to sign a lease and pay a large down payment or "buy in" fee. Single occupancy monthly rent for a cottage of 1110 square feet is $1770.00 and $1975.00 for a slightly larger 1210 square foot cottage. A second person adds $305.00 to the fee. |
